Can I update Date Of Exit in UAN Portal?

From so many years, lot of employees are facing difficulties in PF transfer due to various reason.

However, there is one of the reason you are facing difficulty is due to "Date Of Exit" was not updated in the UAN portal by your employer or employee.

Good News!! EPFO provided a new facility to all the employees who can update "Date Of Exit" by their own from the UAN Portal.

Now you are thinking, how to update the "Date Of Exit" in UAN Portal. 

Here are the steps to be followed,

  1. Open the "UAN Portal" (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/)
    • Login with "UAN Number" and "Password"
  2. Go to "Manage" and Click "Mark Exit"
  3. Now choose "PF Account Number" from the "Select Employment" dropdown
  4. Here you have to enter "Date Of Exit" and "Reason Of Exit"
  5. After this, you have to click "Request OTP"
  6. Wait for few seconds, you will receive "OTP" on the Aadhaar linked mobile number
  7. Enter the OTP number and Select the "Checkbox"
  8. Click "Update"
  9. Click "OK"

Finally "Date of Exit" is updated successfully.
